AI for the everyday work of a business

    What we build

Sorting leads and tickets, chasing invoices, booking meetings, writing first drafts, watching prices and systems, and turning data into reports. Each automation connects to apps you already use, such as your CRM, help desk, accounting, calendar and chat. It follows clear business rules and uses AI only where language is involved.

Pick one below and watch a run. Then switch the run mode to see how much it may do on its own.

    FAQ

A ready-made piece of software that does one job in your business, such as sorting tickets, chasing timesheets or drafting a report. It connects to apps you already use, follows clear business rules and uses AI only where language is involved.

No. Every automation starts in Shadow mode. It runs on your real data and shows what it would have done, but no app is changed and no message is sent until you move it up to Draft or beyond.

91 apps across CRM, help desk, accounting, calendar, chat and storage, including Gmail, Slack, Outlook, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams and Google Drive. App names are trademarks of their owners.

Only if you let it. Automations move from Shadow to Draft, Assisted and then Auto, one step at a time, and Auto unlocks only after a trial period in Assisted. Hiring and outbound calling automations always have a person decide, and money or legal actions always need approval.

We quote pricing after a short demo, because it depends on which automations you use and the apps they connect to. Tell us your apps and the job you want off your plate, and we will come back with a quote.
