The problem today
Before each forecast call, a manager hunts through spreadsheets for deals with missing fields, past close dates and no activity. Today: 2–4 hours before each forecast call. The forecast is argued, not calculated.
What it does
Every day it checks each open deal against your own stage rules: missing fields, past close dates, no next step, no recent activity, too long in one stage, skipped or backward moves. Each owner gets one grouped message a day about their flagged deals, with a short blocker summary from recent notes. It works out the weighted pipeline from your agreed probability table only. Each week the manager channel gets a plain note on what moved the number. It only reads and flags; it never changes a deal.

Auto is the most it can do on its own. Here is each step side by side.
| Step | Shadow | Auto |

- Uses only your agreed probabilities; weighted numbers stay in Shadow until an admin confirms the table.
- Every number in AI text must match the calculated figures, or only the table is sent.
- No rep rankings or leaderboards; alerts are about deals.
- Contact names are never sent in chat alerts.
- You approve before it acts
- Your data stays yours
- It knows its limits
- Stop anytime
