1. Introduction
Charviam ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website charviam.com and use our services, including Digital Marketing, Development, Mobile App Development, Application Maintenance, Software Testing, and Access & Security Management.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use our services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
We may collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title
- Business Information: Company size, industry, and project requirements
- Communication Data: Messages, inquiries, and feedback you send to us
- Account Information: If you create an account for our products (e.g., ArcadeX), login credentials and preferences. ArcadeX has its own privacy policy at arcadex.charviam.com/privacy.
On this website, the only place you give us personal information is the contact form (on the Contact page and the homepage). It asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, a topic and your message. We do not store these submissions in a database: they are emailed to our team and kept in our business mailbox so we can reply to you.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you access our website, we automatically collect certain technical information:
- Request Data: Your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes to deliver the site, protect it from attacks and keep short-term server logs
- Aggregate Traffic Statistics: Page views, referring sites and performance timings measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you and is not used for advertising.
We do not use advertising pixels, session recording, heatmaps or keystroke capture on this website. All fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.
