The Match System for game rooms
A Match Machine for your counter that verifies every player, receipts every match, and ties out your shift before the closer leaves.
What is a Match System for a game room?
The short answerA Match System, which many operators call a Match Machine, is the device at a game room counter that hands out matches to players. The ArcadeX Match System verifies who is playing by palm vein, NFC, wallet QR, or phone, enforces the cooldown you set so nobody replays inside the window, and logs and prints a receipt for every match. Machine readings come in automatically where we have built an integration for your machines, or are entered by hand or from a photo, with AI flagging any photo that does not match. The shift report ties out at close without a handwritten tally.

What does a Match System do?
Most game rooms already run a match process. It just lives in a notebook, a cash drawer, and somebody's memory. The ArcadeX Match System puts that process on one device on the counter.
- Verifies the player: palm vein, NFC tag, wallet QR pass, or phone number
- Enforces the cooldown: the same player cannot double-dip inside the window you set
- Receipts the match: each one is logged, time-stamped, and printed
- Checks the readings: automatic where your machines are integrated, otherwise entered by hand or from a photo, with AI flagging a mismatch
- Alerts you: a mismatched reading photo sends an in-app and email alert
How is a Match System different from a paper tally?
A paper tally records what someone wrote down. A Match System records what actually happened: who played, when, and what the machine said. When the count at close does not match, the honest staff member is the first person a receipt protects.
The shift report is the other half. Matches, payouts, expenses, and closing cash tie out in one report, which can email itself at shift close, so it is done when the closer clocks out instead of an hour later.
Is a Match System the same as an arcade game card system?
No. A game card system is built to take payment at the machine. A Match System is built to prove each match: a verified person, an enforced cooldown, and a receipt. If your problem is that the count and the cash do not agree, a card reader on every machine does not fix it. A verified match at the counter does.
Does the Match Machine work with my existing game machines?
Yes. Nothing gets ripped out: the Match System sits on your counter and ArcadeX runs beside your current POS. Readings from the machines you already own come in through an integration we build, or are entered by hand or from a photo. Most floors are live within a day.
What happens when the internet drops?
New entries are queued on the Match System while the connection is down and sent the moment it is back. An on-screen indicator shows what is waiting to sync, so nothing needs re-entering by hand.
What does the owner see?
Every Match System reports into one dashboard you can open on a phone or a desktop.
- A shift dashboard for matches and payouts
- Profit and loss per machine for any date range
- Shift, payout, machine, and Match System reports that email themselves at shift close
- Timesheets, scheduling, and payroll in the same account
- Up to 50 stores, each with its own staff, devices, and settings
Can the Match System bring players back?
Yes. The same verified identity powers spin campaigns with daily budgets, different offers for new, frequent, and rare visitors, birthday bonuses, raffles, and a QR pass players keep in Apple and Google Wallet. Between players, the screen can run your own slides: tonight's promo, a winner announcement, or a new location opening. The screen is in English and Spanish, with text-to-speech.
ArcadeX is built by Charviam, an IT, AI, and digital marketing company. Game room owners kept bringing us the same problems: counts that did not tie out, payouts nobody could trace, and quiet weeknights. We built ArcadeX to solve them, and more than 270 game room owners now run their floors on it.
