Run every game room from your phone
One login, every store. See matches, payouts, readings, expenses and closing cash for each location and for the whole group, without driving store to store.
How do you manage more than one game room at once?
The short answerYou manage several game rooms by getting every store's numbers into one place, as they happen, instead of collecting them at the end of the week. ArcadeX does that from one login on your phone or computer. The consolidated report shows each store as its own row plus a group total for any week, month, or date range: promotions, machine in and out from readings, payouts, expenses, closing amounts, and the shift differences. Alerts tell you when a payout is recorded or a payout photo does not match, and each store keeps its own staff, prices, and check-in options. You can run up to 50 stores, from $199 per location per month, with up to 15% off every Premium store for groups. Try the Match System free for one week with nothing to pay, and your first month of Premium is free when you buy it.

Where does the money go when you run several stores?
With one store you can be there at close. With three or four you are reading numbers somebody texted you, a day late, in a different format at every location. Small gaps add up: a payout written on the wrong line, a reading skipped on a busy night, a shift that came up short with nobody sure why.
None of that needs anyone to do anything wrong. It needs a system where every store writes its numbers down the same way, at the moment they happen, so you can compare stores instead of chasing them.
What does the consolidated report show?
One report, every store, for any week, month, or date and time range you pick.
- One row per store and a total for the whole group
- Promotions from the Match System and manual promotions, with spin and match split out
- Machine money in and money out from readings
- Payouts, expenses, and closing amounts
- Shift differences, added up shift by shift so one store's short night never hides inside the total
How much time does it save at close?
The shift report builds itself while the shift runs: matches, payouts, expenses, and closing cash side by side. Reports can email themselves at shift close, so the owner reads the night instead of rebuilding it from notes. If the internet drops, the Match System queues entries and syncs later, so a store never stops to wait for a connection.
Can I watch every store from my phone?
Yes. ArcadeX runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen like an app. Turn on an alert for each payout, and an alert when a payout photo does not match the amount entered. Lower-priority alerts can wait for a daily digest that arrives an hour before closing, so your phone is not buzzing all day.
Does each store keep its own setup?
Yes. Each store has its own machines, staff, prices, and check-in options: palm vein, NFC, wallet QR pass, or phone lookup, chosen per store. Staff schedules, shift swaps, and timesheet approvals run per store too, and come to you for sign-off.
ArcadeX is built by Charviam, an IT, AI, and digital marketing company. Game room owners kept bringing us the same problems: counts that did not tie out, payouts nobody could trace, and quiet weeknights. We built ArcadeX to solve them, and more than 270 game room owners now run their floors on it.
