Software Testing & Quality Assurance
Manual and automated QA, built into every release.
We catch the bug before your customer does, not after the one-star review. Testing is part of how we ship, not something bolted on at the end.

What We Offer
ServicesPick a group to see what's in it. Most projects need a few of these, not all of them.
Manual & exploratory testing
A real person clicking through the app, not just a script following a script.
Functional testing
Every feature does what the spec says it does, or we log it.
What we check: Navigation, forms, search, sign-up and login, payments, roles and permissions.
Regression testing
New code doesn't break what already worked.
Smoke & sanity testing
A fast check that the build isn't dead on arrival.
User acceptance testing
Sign-off from the people who'll actually use it, before your customers do.
Automated test suites
Tests that run themselves, every time, so people don't have to.
CI/CD test integration
Tests run on every push, not once a sprint.
API testing
Contracts and edge cases checked below the UI, where bugs are cheaper to catch.
Unit & integration testing support
Coverage for the code paths your team hasn't had time to write tests for.
Load & performance testing
How the app behaves under real traffic, not just on your laptop.
Stress testing
Push it past normal load until something gives, on purpose, before launch.
Security testing (OWASP Top 10)
The common attack vectors, checked before someone else finds them.
Cross-browser & cross-device testing
Chrome isn't the only browser your customers use.
What we check: Layout, interactions and flows on each browser and device you support.
Mobile app testing
iOS and Android, on real devices where it matters.
Accessibility testing (WCAG)
Keyboard navigation, screen readers, and contrast, checked against the actual standard.
What we check: Keyboard use, screen readers, contrast, focus order, WCAG 2.2 AA.
Usability testing
Watching a real person try to use it, then fixing what confused them.
Localization testing
Text, dates, and currency that actually work in the target locale.
Bug tracking & reporting
Reports a developer can act on without asking three follow-up questions.
Test planning & strategy
What gets tested, how, and in what order, decided before the sprint starts.
QA audits & consulting
An outside look at your current testing gaps.
AI-assisted test generation
Faster test case coverage on repetitive scenarios, reviewed by a person before it ships.
How We Test
ProcessFive steps, and you get something concrete at the end of each one.
Understand
We read the spec, use the product ourselves, and ask what "done" actually means before writing a single test case.
Plan
Test cases get written against real user flows and edge cases, not just the happy path.
Test
Manual passes for the things a script can't judge, automated suites for everything that repeats.
Report
Every bug gets a report a developer can reproduce on the first try, no back-and-forth to figure out what you meant.
Retest & sign off
Once fixes land, we retest the same cases and sign off before it ships, not after.
What a Bug Report From Us Looks Like
A bug report that says "it's broken" costs your developer twenty minutes just figuring out what you meant. Ours don't.
Every report has exact steps, what should've happened, what actually happened, and the environment it happened in, so a fix takes minutes instead of a Slack thread. The report on the right is an example, but it's the exact format every bug we file follows.
Checkout button unresponsive after applying promo code (Safari, iOS)
Steps to Reproduce
- Add any item to cart
- Go to checkout, enter promo code "SAVE10"
- Tap "Apply"
- Tap "Place Order"
Expected
Order submits and the confirmation screen loads.
Actual
Button shows a loading spinner indefinitely; no network request fires after the promo code is applied.
Environment
iOS 17.4, Safari, iPhone 13, checkout v2.3
Manual or automated? Usually both.
Choosing an approachEach one catches bugs the other misses. The table shows where each one earns its place.
Manual
A tester uses the product the way a customer would and judges what they see.
Automated
Scripts repeat the same checks on every build, faster than anyone can by hand.
Most teams start manual, then automate the flows that keep breaking.
- 1
Start manual
Test new features by hand while they're still changing.
- 2
Spot what keeps breaking
Bug reports show which flows fail release after release.
- 3
Automate those flows
Scripts take over the repeats, so people can focus on what's new.
| Situation | Manual | Automated |
|---|---|---|
| A new feature that's still changing week to week | Yes | No |
| Exploratory checks off the happy path | Yes | No |
| Usability: is this confusing to a real person? | Yes | No |
| Critical flows right before a big releaseBoth | Yes | Yes |
| Layout across browsers and screen sizesBoth | Yes | Yes |
| Regression checks on every release | No | Yes |
| API contracts, status codes and edge cases | No | Yes |
| Stable, repetitive flows like sign-up or checkout | No | Yes |
| Tests on every push in your CI/CD pipeline | No | Yes |

Ways to Work With Us
EngagementsOne-time audit
A single, focused pass before a release or a big milestone, then we're done.
- Good for
- A pre-launch check, or a first look at an app nobody has tested properly
- You get
- A full report and a prioritized bug list
Per-release testing
We test every release before it goes out, scoped to what changed, so it doesn't slow down your cadence.
- Good for
- Teams that ship on a regular schedule
- You get
- Bug reports in your tracker and a sign-off report for each release
Embedded QA team
A QA engineer working inside your sprint, writing test cases alongside your developers, not after them.
- Good for
- Ongoing product work with no dedicated QA person
- You get
- A QA engineer in your standups, test cases and bug reports as the sprint runs
Find the bugs before your users do.
