    What is Compliance Checker?

    In short

Compliance Checker is an AI automation for Legal & Compliance teams that works with Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Slack. Checks a submission against your own approved checklist and marks each item found, missing or a possible deviation, with exact page quotes for your reviewer. It is built for compliance managers, QA heads, internal auditors and ESG / HSE leads.

    The problem today

A reviewer reads a 40–200 page submission side by side with a 50–300 item checklist, hunting for evidence. That takes 3–10 hours per review. Findings differ between reviewers, and repeated issues are not tracked.

    With Compliance Checker

    What it does

You place an SOP, supplier pack, batch record, marketing material, security questionnaire or privacy notice in a review folder and pick your checklist. The automation marks every applicable item as evidence found, partial, missing, possible deviation or not assessable. Each finding comes with a word-for-word quote and page number from the submission, plus the item's own rule citation. A named qualified reviewer accepts, edits or rejects every finding before anything is saved.

    Results you can track

Targets are quality goals the automation is built to reach. Estimates are calculated from your own volumes.

    • Target

Reviews done and cycle time against your baseline (target: 50% faster)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Target

Missed-issue rate (target: ≤ 5%) and agreement with expert status (target: ≥ 85%)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Target

Citations that match the page word for word (target: 100%)

      Measured on your own data

    Illustrative example
A contract manufacturer gets a 120-page supplier qualification pack. Within 30 minutes the QA reviewer sees 64 items: 51 with evidence, 9 missing and 4 possible deviations, each with a page quote. She edits two findings, signs off, and the PDF report and follow-up items are saved.
A made-up scenario to show how it works, not a customer story.
