    What is Contract Analyzer?

    In short

Contract Analyzer is an AI automation for Legal & Compliance teams that works with DocuSign, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook Calendar and SharePoint. Summarises each contract's key terms with clause citations, compares it to your playbook, flags red lines, and puts renewal deadlines in the calendar. It is built for general counsel, legal ops, contract managers and founders without in-house legal.

    The problem today

Every NDA, MSA, SOW and vendor agreement is read end to end to find auto-renewal, liability caps, indemnities and payment terms. That takes 1–4 hours per contract. Renewal notice dates live in nobody's calendar.

    With Contract Analyzer

    What it does

When a contract draft arrives, the reviewer gets a summary of parties, dates, renewal, termination, liability, payment and governing law. Every item has a word-for-word quote with its clause and page. It compares each clause type with your counsel-approved playbook and builds a risk checklist. After the reviewer signs off, it saves the report, adds key-date reminders and updates the contract register.

Assisted is the most it can do on its own, because Auto is not offered for it. Here is each step side by side.

    Results you can track

Targets are quality goals the automation is built to reach. Estimates are calculated from your own volumes.

    • Target

Contracts reviewed and first-pass review time (target: 50% faster)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Target

      Missed-clause rate (target: ≤ 3%) and key-date accuracy (target: ≥ 98%)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Target

Agreement with counsel on playbook position (target: ≥ 85%)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Tracked

      Red lines caught by type

      Measured on your own data

    • Tracked

Upcoming renewal and notice deadlines (next 90 days)

      Measured on your own data

    Illustrative example
A 30-person SaaS company receives a vendor MSA through DocuSign. Twenty minutes later the contract manager sees an uncapped indemnity flagged as critical and a 90-day auto-renewal notice window. After she signs off, a reminder lands in the business owner's calendar 60 days before the deadline.
A made-up scenario to show how it works, not a customer story.
