The problem today
Someone spends 20–40 minutes writing notes after each meeting, or nobody does and action items get lost. People remember owners wrongly ("I thought you said you'd do it").
What it does
When the platform's own transcript is ready, it writes notes with a summary, decisions, action items, risks and open questions. Every item carries an exact quote and a timestamp. An item gets an owner only when the transcript names that person or they commit in the first person ("I'll send it"). Notes go only to people on the invite. Meetings with customers can also send next steps to the CRM Updater.
