    What is Price Monitoring?

    In short

Price Monitoring is an AI automation for Operations & E-commerce teams that works with Amazon (Selling Partner), eBay, Gmail, Google Merchant, Shopify and Slack. Tracks competitor and supplier prices for your key products, compares only true like-for-like offers, and alerts you when a meaningful price gap opens. It is built for E-commerce sellers, retail managers, procurement and purchasing teams and pricing owners.

    The problem today

Someone checks 20–200 product pages by hand each week in a spreadsheet. Mistakes happen when a 6-pack is compared with a single, used with new, or a price without shipping.

    With Price Monitoring

    What it does

It reads prices from allowed web pages, Amazon and supplier lists. A person confirms each new product match once. After that, it compares the full delivered price per unit, in the same currency. When a gap or a big drop opens, your team gets an alert with the evidence. If you turn it on, it can also suggest a new price for your own store, which a pricing owner must approve.

    Illustrative example
An online kitchenware shop tracks 80 products. A rival drops a blender 12% below the shop's delivered price for two checks in a row. The owner gets a Slack alert, then approves a suggested price that stays above her margin floor.
