    What is Sales Assistant?

    In short

Sales Assistant is an AI automation for Sales & CRM teams that works with Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Outlook, Outlook Calendar and 2 more apps. Before each sales call, reps get a one-page account brief and agenda from your CRM and approved content, every fact linked to its source. It is built for head of Sales, account executives and SDRs, account managers and sales managers (review briefs).

    The problem today

Before each call a rep opens 5–10 tabs: CRM timeline, past emails, notes, website, news and product docs. Today: 20–30 minutes per call, so prep is often skipped and calls start cold. Wrong claims such as "we already work with your sister company" damage trust.

    With Sales Assistant

    What it does

Each morning it finds today's meetings with outside attendees that match a CRM account and prepares a brief for the rep. Reps can also ask on demand, and a brief is sent when a deal reaches a prep stage. The brief covers the account, history, promises we made, likely needs, stakeholders, an agenda, questions and risks, built only from the CRM, your approved sales content and, if you turn it on, the prospect's own public pages. On request it drafts a follow-up email that the rep approves and sends themselves.

    How does Sales Assistant work?

    How it works
    • Rule you set
    • AI step

    1. Step 1Rule

A meeting is on today's calendar, the rep asks, or a deal reaches a prep stage.

    What you get

    Key features
    • Morning briefs at 07:30 in the rep's time zone (default), spread out to respect CRM limits.
    • Every fact cites a CRM record, sales content passage or public page; unsupported facts are removed with a "some facts removed" note.
    • Follows CRM permissions (Salesforce record access; HubSpot owner or team rules).
    • Product claims only from approved content or your allowed-claims list; reference customers only from your approved list.
    • Outlook drafts are saved in the rep's mailbox; Gmail users get a copy box.
    • Thumbs up / down and "wrong fact" feedback for 48 hours.

What it will never do on its own

    Safety & human control
    • Never sends anything to a customer; the rep sends from their own mailbox.
    • Outreach drafts always need the rep's approval, in every mode, and always carry your footer (identity + opt-out).
    • Never invents relationships, personal details (family, health, religion, politics, home location), discounts or other clients' names.
    • No draft for accounts on legal hold or do-not-contact, or for opted-out contacts; no brief for competitor domains.
    • Public research is off by default, own domain only (up to 5 pages), robots.txt respected, cached 7 days per client.
    • You approve before it acts
    • Your data stays yours
    • It knows its limits
    • Stop anytime

    Results you can track

Targets are quality goals the automation is built to reach. Estimates are calculated from your own volumes.

    • Target

Weekly active reps (target: ≥ 60% after 30 days)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Target

Prep minutes saved (20 per brief by default; target: prep from ~25 to under 5 minutes)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Tracked

Briefs (scheduled vs on demand), drafts created, "wrong fact" reports

      Measured on your own data

    • Tracked

Meetings with a brief vs next-stage conversion (shown as correlation, not cause)

      Measured on your own data

    • Target

      Fact-source validity (target: 100%)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Target

      Fabricated relationships (target: 0)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Target

      Other-client leaks (target: 0)

A goal it is built to reach

    • Target

      Brief usefulness (target: ≥ 4.0 / 5, manager rating)

A goal it is built to reach

    Illustrative example
An account executive at a 15-rep HR-software company has a 10:00 demo with a prospect. At 07:30 a Slack message brings a brief with two open follow-ups from last month's call notes, the contacts' deal roles and five agenda points. After the call she asks for a follow-up draft, edits one line and saves it to Outlook.
A made-up scenario to show how it works, not a customer story.
