AI automations for Voice & Media

Calls, recordings and languages handled. Every one starts in watch-only mode and does only as much on its own as you allow.

What can AI automate in voice and media?

AI can turn recordings into timestamped, speaker-separated transcripts, suggest answers to staff on live calls and turn a webinar or podcast into fact-checked drafts. No file is transcribed without a consent attestation, and calls are recorded only after a recording notice. Both are available now. Each starts in Shadow mode and changes nothing until you approve.

Available now: Transcription Automation and Voice Assistant. Also useful for voice and media and available now: Content Repurposer and Language Translator.

Transcription Automation can reach Auto, but only after a trial period in Assisted. Voice Assistant offers Shadow and Draft only, so a person always decides.

Most often Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, AssemblyAI, Deepgram, Exotel, Ghost and Indian-language speech providers. Each automation page lists the apps it needs and the ones that are optional. App names are trademarks of their owners.

No. Every automation starts in Shadow mode. It runs on your real data and shows what it would have done, but no app is changed and no message is sent until you move it up to Draft or beyond.

Voice Assistant starts recording only after the recording notice. If the caller says not to record, the call goes to a person. It never claims to be human, and callers can always ask for a person.
