What is Language Translator?
In shortLanguage Translator is an AI automation for Customer Support & Success teams that works with Gmail, Google Docs and Zendesk. Translates tickets, emails and docs while keeping names, numbers, links and approved terms exact, and sends legal, medical or safety text to a human first. The problem today
Agents paste text into free web translators, so data leaves the company, terms get mangled and product names get translated. Replies go out with wrong numbers or tone. Contracts and medical text get translated by staff who are not qualified.
What it does
Customer comments in Zendesk are translated into an internal note in your agent's language. When an agent writes a reply, it is translated into the customer's language and posted after approval. Internal emails and Google Docs get translated copies. Names, numbers, links, amounts and your glossary terms are locked so they cannot change. Legal, medical and safety text always goes to a qualified bilingual reviewer first.

| True in every mode | High-stakes text always needs a reviewer, and the author never reviews their own text. | |
What it will never do on its own
Safety & human control- High-stakes text always needs a reviewer, and the author never reviews their own text.
- Never changes names, IDs, amounts, dates or links, and never softens or adds content.
- Passwords, OTPs, keys and card numbers are hidden in both the translation and the original.
- Customer replies always include the original text and need an agent's approval (except approved language pairs in Auto).
- Health-tagged tickets are refused without a BAA. No training on your text.
- You approve before it acts
- Your data stays yours
- It knows its limits
- Stop anytime
