What is Lead Qualification?
In shortLead Qualification is an AI automation for Sales & CRM teams that works with HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, Slack and Zoho CRM. The problem today
Someone reads each form fill, checks the company online, decides if it is worth a call and assigns it. That takes 3–5 minutes per lead. Good leads wait in the same pile as students and spam, and routing by territory is done from memory.
What it does
It reads each new lead, checks the email and company, and scores the lead with your own rules. It labels the lead high, medium or low (or spam, not a lead, or existing customer) and explains every point, for example "+20 target country". It routes the lead to the right owner and creates a CRM task with a draft first reply. It never sends the reply itself.

Safety & human control- Never sends the first reply; it is a draft inside the owner's task.
- Never overwrites a score, band or owner that a person changed.
- Never scores on protected traits such as age or gender.
- Drafts use only lines you approve; no prices, meeting times or made-up claims.
- Low-confidence leads get a "review" tag instead of a full write.
- You approve before it acts
- Your data stays yours
- It knows its limits
- Stop anytime
